If the tour is cancelled by the tour operator, this may include adverse weather, operational and technical reasons or any other reasons which forces the tour operator/supplier to cancel you will have the following options;
a) Transfer the tour to an alternative date if available
b) Receive a full refund

a) If you select the CHECK OUT this means you will be charged and consequently receive relevant Service Vouchers for each tour that you have booked
b) If you select the RESERVE ONLY (PAY LATER) option, you will receive a link 14 days prior to the tour date to finalise your booking and pay

If the tour is available and on the date that you want to do it, this may be possible. However, we highly recommend booking in advance for the following reasons:

Nearly all of the tours we that we feature on our website include pick up from hotels and other central locations, towns and villages. You can check if a pick up is included by reading the tour details, this may also be mentioned on the BOOK TOUR panel. If a pickup is included a drop off will always be included. Some tours offer an optional pick up/drop off, such as the Sicily Tour.
During the booking procedure you are requested to provide details about your hotel/accommodation so we can advise the time and pick up point. This will be printed on your tour voucher/ticket. Tours that include a pick up also include drop off after the tour.

A Service Voucher is the document issued after you have booked and paid for a tour. It includes your name, pick up instructions (if applicable), tour name and date.
Each Service Voucher has a unique reference number, and you will be requested to show a printed or digital version of your Service Voucher.
